Milana and I trained together back in 2018. There was many takeaways I took from our gym sessions. Activating ones core, being cognitive of ones core when engaged in a workout was a concept I now am fully aware of. Prior to this experience, I did not understand or appreciate this technique. Now in the gym, hiking, working, etc, I am actively keeping my core engaged. Foam rolling was a other big takeaway. If I did not have personal trainer I would not practice foam rolling. In and outside of the gym I still foam roll to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The benefits of amino acids after a workout was a other great takeaways. Our Boxing sessions were phenomenal. All in all it was a great experience.

Before I met Milana, I didn’t enjoy working out. When I first met her, I saw her pink hair and she saw my pink backpack; we smiled at each other and knew instantly we’d get along. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She customized a fitness plan for my goals. She also keeps improving her skills and education to the benefit of her clients. I now enjoy kickboxing and working out. She’s a great trainer and puts a lot of effort into her work.

Working with her, I have lost nearly 30 lbs, 7% body fat, and the joint pain and stiffness I had. But, what I have gained is even more valuable. Milana was my trainer for 3 months. I started with her because I needed help; I didn’t feel comfortable in my own body and I felt like I didn’t know what to do in the gym and, in my eating, I was so lost! Milana gave me a very clear workout routine and changed it every week she also made time out of her busy schedule to meet with me in person and do measurements and talk about how I was doing and tips on what I can change for the next week. She also gave me a macro starting point and that helped me to balance what I was eating. Milana truly loves what she does and that’s what makes her a great trainer.
