YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Hi, I’m Milana!
Trauma-Informed Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and the Founder of More Than Fitness.
I created More Than Fitness to show you how to change your daily habits so you can create deep and sustainable change within your life. I show you how to stop trying diet after diet after diet so you can finally see the results you’re looking for AND KEEP THEM. More importantly, I help you learn how to enjoy the beautiful process of fitness.
xx Milana
Movement is medicine for the mind, body, and spirit.
Movement is healing.
The way I do fitness is… unconventional.. to say the least.
I don't put a timeline on my clients who are cultivating safety with their bodies and exercise... and I invite my clients not to put a timeline on themselves either. You're not ready to try a workout yet? Cool, let's get you walking or dancing first. You're not comfortable turning your camera on? Cool, keep it off. AND I help them push their edges gently so that they can keep growing.
"The things I desire, the things that give me pleasure, I absolutely get to have them."
"You helped me see the importance and value in a healthy routine and making ME a priority."
"I dive more into worshiping my body with every session."
"Side note, my mobility has increased so much since I started working with you! Thank you for being you!"
"While teaching us how to trust our bodies, she also teaches us how to trust ourselves in other ways. To trust myself to make good nutritional choices (not always, but to make those consciously), to trust to choose myself in other areas in life too."
